The biggest Mardi Gras this side of the Mississippi is back and the weather is not an obstacle this year! This year's Muncie Gras will take place on Saturday, February 2nd, from 7pm-2am in the streets of Downtown Muncie.
There will be tons of places to get out of the cold. A new addition this year is 3 huge heated tents (40' x 100'). Inside will be live entertainment, drag show, costume contests, mechanical bull riding, etc. In addition, our downtown bars will also be hosting live entertainment.
MITS Trolley will provide a safe ride home, running from 7pm-3am to campus and Lyndenbrook hotels. This is a 21 and up event. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the gate.
This year will also have humongous outdoor inflatable screens that will bring all of the sights and sounds of New Orleans Mardi Gras straight into our party! We literally will bring the French Quarter, parades from Bourbon Street to Walnut Street. Live remote cameras will be placed throughout the venue to project the party on big screens throughout the event!
A crowd pleaser, the mechanical bull is back, new giant inflatable twister board, the go-go cage, interactive video screens, FM Music outdoor stage, dj dance music everywhere, and live entertainment will keep you in the party mood throughout the evening!
